BML donates educational tools to aid SEN classes in 9 islands

Bank of Maldives (BML) has donated educational tools to equip Special Education Need (SEN) classrooms in nine islands.

BML made donations as part of its corporate social responsibility (CSR) strategy to support persons with disabilities. The donations will aid more than 330 students to develop their individual abilities and positively impact learning and development in an inclusive environment.
The bank made the donations on the International Day of Education.

The donations were made to Funandhoo School in Shaviyani Atoll, Holhudhoo Meyna School in Noonu Atoll, Madharasathul Ifthithaah in Lhaviyani Atoll, Guraidhoo School in Kaafu Atoll, and Ukulhas School in Alifu Alifu Atoll. The donations were also made to the Atoll Education Centre in Alifu Dhaalu Atoll, Ihahdhoo School in Laamu Atoll, the Atoll School in Gaafu Alifu Atoll, and Madaveli School in Gaafu Dhaalu Atoll.

BML has donated educational tools to 29 schools across the country in the past two years to support students in SEN classes.
