SASe Glut Joint-venture Private Limited officially launches The Creek View apartment building project.
The Creek View apartment building to be constructed at Hulhumale' Phase-1 comprises of 114 apartments with 2 room, 3 room and 4 room units. Additionally, each apartment has a backyard with access from the kitchen, which is designed as an enclosed space separated by masonry and glass partitions. 70 of the apartments are to be sold at a controlled rate at 142 US dollars per square foot.
SASe Glut Joint-venture was awarded the project on July 18 and has been tasked with completing the construction of The Creek View within 36 months.
Speaking at the launching event, Managing Director of SASe Construction Saudulla Ahmed said the apartment units are designed to make the most of natural air and light ventilation with floor to ceiling high windows, which are placed with an offset from the periphery to prevent direct sun and rain exposure.
An official website for The Creek View was also launched, containing the relevant information on the apartment building.
The Creek View website provides details on the building design, including a parking area in the basement, ground and first floor, with the basement exclusively for car parking. Amenities such as the pool and playgrounds are at ground level and all utility services are located at the service lobby.
Furthermore, a separate service elevator will be allocated for the use of the service team for transporting furniture items and trash bins.
