South Palm Resort Maldives opened in Addu City

South Palm Maldives Private Limited has opened South Palm Resort Maldives in Addu City.

The property developed in Ismehela Hera, Addu City consists of 240 villas, including 110 water villas, 30 ocean villas and 70 beach villas. 130 villas were developed in the first phase, with the remaining 110 villas to be developed in the second phase, according to South Palm Maldives. The developer also revealed plans to link the nearby Kedavaa Hera with a bridge and develop further villas on the island.

South Palm Resort Maldives is the fourth resort to be developed in Addu, the southernmost atoll of Maldives.
