President Ibrahim Mohamed Solih and First Lady Fazna Ahmed have visited the Embassy of Maldives in Japan. The visit was made as part of the ongoing official visit of the president to Japan. He met with Ambassador of Maldives to Japan Ibrahim Uvais and the other staff at the embassy.
Speaking during the visit, President Solih lauded the efforts of the embassy staff in fostering the close friendly ties that exist between Maldives and Japan, praising and acknowledging their hard work and dedication. He expressed his confidence the staff will continue in their efforts to contribute to the developmental agenda of the country.
During the visit, President Solih also signed the guest book at the embassy.
