The Maldives welcomed its first cruise ship of 2026, with close to a thousand passengers.
According to the Maldives Immigration, the MS Crystal Symphony arrived in the Maldives on January 12. The Seaport Division officers successfully provided en-route immigration clearance services for 479 passengers and 491 crew members aboard, it said. The cruise ship arrived from Mahé, Seychelles.
