Aasandha Private Limited said on Thursday that it would connect all empanelled healthcare facilities in the country through an e-portal by the end of October.
Speaking at the closing ceremony of “Ahulu”, a workshop on disseminating information about Aasandha, Assistant General Manager at the company, Aminath Zeeniya said work to connect all healthcare facilities in the country through an e-portal is underway in a bid to improve the quality of Aasandha services across the country.
At the ceremony, Health Minister Abdulla Nazim Ibrahim said Aasandha Private Limited and the National Social Protection Authority – NSPA are making significant efforts to ensure that the delivery of the Government healthcare pledges.
Speaking at the ceremony, Parliament majority leader and Villimale MP Ahmed Nihan Hussain Manik said “Aasandha and NSPA are doing remarkable work to improve the healthcare delivery in the country and that they should not just be offices that pay for prescriptions.”
