Land to be leased from Alimas Carnival

Housing Ministry on Sunday invited proposals to develop the land between Dolphin Café and the former Lilies Café in the Alimas Carnival compound.

Interested parties have till July 17 to submit proposals, the Housing Ministry said. According to the Ministry, the lease period for the land is initially set at one and a half years. 

The Ministry said parties which submit proposals should not have any pending payments to the State.
