President Ibrahim Mohamed Solih and First Lady Fazna Ahmed are scheduled to host the official Independence Day Reception on July 25 at the Islamic Centre. The President’s Office is extending invitations to a large number of distinguished guests for the event.
Invitations to the reception have been extended to former presidents, senior government officials, state dignitaries, members of the Parliament of the Maldives, ministers from previous administrations, senior members of the judiciary and independent institutions, members of various commissions, and political appointees.
In addition, invitations to the official Independence Day Reception have been extended to diverse individuals, including youth, women, individuals with special needs, outstanding sports personalities, and students from universities, colleges, and schools. Foreign dignitaries will also be in attendance at the event.
