Vice President Faisal Naseem has inquired about the accommodation of Maldivian students in Medina, Saudi Arabia.
Vice President Naseem met with the Maldivian student community during his ongoing trip to Saudi Arabia as the Head of the Maldives Hajj Mission. The purpose of the meeting was to discuss matters related to their education and to inquire about their accommodation in Medina. Minister of Islamic Affairs Dr. Ahmed Zahir and Minister of Health Ahmed Naseem also joined the meeting.
Vice President Naseem is in Saudi Arabia to perform the Hajj pilgrimage as the Head of the Maldives Hajj Mission. He was appointed to the role by President Ibrahim Mohamed Solih to ensure the smooth organisation and management of the pilgrimage, as well as the welfare and safety of the pilgrims.
