Vice President to visit five islands of Raa Atoll

President's Office has revealed that Vice President Faisal Naseem is scheduled to visit five islands of Raa Atoll.

At a press conference held at the President's Office, the Spokesperson of the President's Office Miuvaan Mohamed said Vice President Naseem will be visiting Inguraidhoo, Vandhoo, Dhuvaafaru, Maakurathu, and Innamaadhoo during the tour. He said the vice president will meet with the island councils and members of the women's development committees (WDCs). He said the vice president will also visit health centres and Ungoofaaru Regional Hospital. He will also attend the awards ceremony of the Tourism Expo to be held in Dhuvaafaru

Vice President Naseem will commence his two-day trip on October 8.
