HDC seeking contractors to develop an overwater restaurant in Hulhumale’

Housing Development Corporation (HDC) has issued an announcement seeking contractors to develop and operate an overwater restaurant in Hulhumale’.

HDC stated Plot No. 20436 in Hulhumale’ has been allocated for the development of an overwater restaurant. The size of the plot is 10,509sqft.

HDC has invited interested parties and companies to submit their proposals for the project before 1400hrs on July 21. The pre-proposal meeting of the project will be held on June 26, while enquiries are open until June 30. Submission of proposals will be conducted online between July 6 and July 21.

HDC states the project is expected to cost USD1.5 million. The bid security for the project has been set at USD32,500.
