HDC to lease 7 land plots from Hulhumale’ Channel Park’ for café/restaurants

Housing Development Corporation (HDC) has decided to lease 7 land plots from the Channel Park linking Hulhumale’ Phase I and II for the development of cafes and restaurants.

HDC stated the land plots in the Channel Park are being leased for a period of 20 years. HDC said companies interested in developing cafes/restaurants in the area are required to submit their proposals before February 10. Only companies registered at HDC are allowed to submit proposals.

The Channel Park is developed around the perimeter of the channel / waterway separating Hulhumale’ Phase I and II. The link bridges between Phase I and II span across the width of this channel.
