State Trading Organisation (STO) has revised the prices of perishable goods for the month of Ramadan.
STO revealed prices for onions, eggs and potatoes have been reduced ahead of the holy month. As such, a kilogram of onion is now priced at USD 0.62, a kilogram of potato is priced at USD 0.58 and an egg is priced at USD 0.065. STO revealed an onion sack will be available for USD 12.95, a potato sack will be available for USD 11.98 and a case of egg will be available for USD 17.16 from the STO Supermart Wholesale Centre.
STO said arrangements have now been made at its outlets for customers to check perishable goods before purchasing.
