HDC contracts development of new office building in Hulhumale'

Hulhumale' Development Corporation (HDC) has contracted the development of a 7-storey office building in Hulhumale'.

The project to develop and operate an office building in Hulhumale' was handed over to Westore Private Limited. The agreement was signed by Managing Director of HDC Suhail Ahmed and Managing Director of Westore Ahmed Saeed.

HDC said the office building is to be developed in Hulhumale' plot number N2-31A located near the Central Park in Phase 1. HDC has allocated a land plot of 3,665 sqft to construct the building.

HDC had also contracted Rainbow Construction Private Limited last December to build a 5-storey office building.
