Judicial Services Commission (JSC) has suspended Chief Magistrate of Dhaalu Judicial Constituency Abdul Razzaq Mohamed.
Chief Magistrate Abdul Razzaq was suspended following a probe into a disciplinary issue lodged against him, according to a statement released by JSC.
As per the statement, police is investigating a case where Razzaq submitted a document which had a forged signature.
The magistrate was suspended in accordance with Clause B of the JSC Act, according to JSC.
