MWSC to establish water and sewerage facilities in Haggnaameedhoo

Ministry of National Planning and Infrastructure has contracted Male' Water and Sewerage Company (MWSC) to establish water and sewerage in Haggnaameedhoo, Alifu Dhaalu Atoll.

The contract was signed by Director General of Planning Ministry Fathimath Shana Farooq and Managing Director of MWSC Adam Azim. The project is to be completed within a period of 22 months at a cost of USD 1.4 million.

The project include designing water and sewerage systems and establishing a pipeline network, installing a reverse osmosis plant and a water storage tank.
