New Maldivian ambassador presents credential to Saudi King

New Ambassador of Maldives to Saudi Arabia Mohamed Khaleel presented his Letter of Credence to the Custodian of the Two Holy Mosques King Salman Bin Abdul-Aziz Al Saud.

Following the presentation of the credentials at a ceremony held in Riyadh, Ambassador Khaleel had an audience with King Salman and conveyed appreciation from President Ibrahim Mohamed Solih for the strong leadership of the king in strengthening the unity in the global Islamic community. He reiterated the keenness of the Government of Maldives in further enhancing the brotherly relations between the two countries.

The ceremony was attended by Minister of State and Cabinet Member of Saudi Arabia Dr Musaed bin Mohammed Al-Aiban and Minister of Foreign Affairs of Saudi Arabia Dr Ibrahim Bin Abdul-Aziz Al-Assaf.
