Senior officials from Maldives National Defence Force (MNDF) and Maldives Police Service (MPS) have held discussions regarding national security issues of Maldives.
During the meeting held at the main MNDF headquarters, discussions were focused on joint efforts of the security forces in ensuring security of the country.
The delegation from MNDF was led by Chief of Defence Force Major General Abdulla Shamaal, Vice Chief of Defence Force Brigadier General Abdul Raheem Abdul Latheef. The delegation from MPS was led by Commissioner of Police Mohamed Hameed.
