President Ibrahim Mohamed Solih has appointed Ahmed Mahir as Ambassador-at-large to the Ministry of Foreign Affairs.
The accreditation ceremony, during which he was presented the official letter of appointment, was held at the President’s Office.
Mr Ahmed Mahir previously served as the Ambassador of State.
