Minister of Foreign Affairs of Maldives Abdulla Shahid has sent a message of condolence to Minister for Foreign Affairs of the Commonwealth of Bahamas Darren Allen Henfield following the fall of Hurricane Dorian.
In his message, the foreign minister said he was deeply saddened to hear the news of the devastation caused by the fall of Hurricane Dorian on Bahamas, leading to the loss of many lives and widespread destruction to properties and livelihoods.
The minister extended deepest sympathies and condolences to the government and the people of the Commonwealth of Bahamas and express hope for a swift and a successful recovery process.
