Aasandha Company Limited has assured national healthcare insurance services will now be available from hospitals in India which experienced service interruptions.
Services were interrupted in Ananthapuri Hospital, Chaitanya Eye Hospital, Regional Cancer Centre (RCC) and Kerala Institute of Medical Sciences (KIMS) in Trivandrum and Amrita Institute of Medical Sciences and Research Centre in Kochi, according to Aasandha.
In a statement, Aasandha said the interruption was caused due to miscommunication with the Third-Party Administrator and the hospitals. Aasandha also apologised for the inconveniences caused due to service interruptions, assuring the issues have been solved and the services restored.
