Maldives have held a workshop to discuss societal issues faced to youth.
During the event organised by Ministry of Youth, Sports and Community Empowerment, challenges and issues faced by youth were discussed extensively with Professor Hassan Ugail.
Speaking at the workshop held at Villimale' Social Centre, Professor Ugail noted the important role played by the society in developing a child with education and values. He further expressed good education with an accepting environment is important, adding youth must be prioritised in the society.
During the event, Ugail Talks was inaugurated which will hold awareness events in all parts of the country.
The event was participated by a number of youth living in Villimale'.
