Civil Service Commission (CSC) has held discussions with Bangladesh Public Service Commission (BPSC). The discussions were held with the visiting delegation of BPSC and members of CSC.
The BPSC delegation is visiting Maldives to discuss mutual issues and deliver experience of both commissions. The delegation is headed by BPSC member Mukhlesur Rahman.
The commission met with the President of CSC Dr. Ali Shameem and members of the commission, followed by a briefing sessions held by Capital Management Section of CSC on Recruitment of Civil Servants. Discussions focused on enhancing the civil service sector and deliver the achievements made.
Furthermore, the visiting delegation of BPSC paid a courtesy call on Minister of Environment Dr. Hussain Rasheed Hassan and discussed the tasks of the ministry. The minister and the delegation discussed major environmental issues in Maldives and financial challenges faced in implementing the assigned tasks of the ministry.
Moreover, the delegation will visit Ministry of Arts, Culture and Heritage, tour the National Museum and the Old Friday Mosque.
