Minister of Foreign Affairs Abdulla Shahid has departed to Romania on an official visit, on the invitation of Minister of Foreign Affairs of Romania Teodor Meleșcanu.
During the visit, Minister Shahid will hold bilateral talks with Minister Meleșcanu and will make a courtesy call on the Vice Prime Minister of Romania Ana Birchall. He will also meet with senior officials of the Romanian Government in Bucharest and explore possibilities of further strengthening the close bilateral ties between the two countries.
Foreign Minister Shahid is accompanied by Minister of State for Foreign Affairs Ahmed Khaleel.
