Ambassador of Germany to Maldives Jörn Rohde has paid a courtesy call on Minister of Foreign Affairs of Maldives Abdulla Shahid.
During the meeting held at the Ministry of Foreign Affairs, the foreign minister and the ambassador discussed ways to further strengthen bilateral relations between both countries and highlighted on the importance of enhancing cooperation in the renewable energy sector.
Both the foreign minister and the ambassador also exchanged views on countering terrorism and violent extremism in Maldives.
