IASL extends call centers service hours

As part of the strategy to improve its services, Island Aviation Service Limited (IASL) has extended call centers service hours and arranges refund within the same day.

Speaking to media to mark the 19th anniversary of IASL, Managing Director of IASL, Mohamed Rizvi said, several initiatives are underway to improve the quality of services delivered to customers. In this regard, Rizvi revealed, the decision to extend call centre service hours and adding ticket refunds will be arranged within the same day.

The changes will be effective from April 21 onwards, according to Rizvi.

Currently, call centre service is available from 0800 hours to 1630 hours and ticket refunding takes approximately 15 days. IASL expressed hope the changes will enhance the trust of public towards the national airline.
