President presents letters of appointment to senior scout officials

President and Chief Scout Ibrahim Mohamed Solih has presented letters of appointment to the newly elected members of Scout Council and Scout Association Council. The appointment letters were handed over to Chief Commissioner Aishath Ahulaam, members Abdul Hameed Abdul Rahmaan and Treasurer Ibrahim Maaiz.

During the ceremony, Scout leaders informed the president on the activities planned for the year including scout jamborees and training programmes. Moreover, President was also informed on the challenges faced in conducting the scout movement in Maldives.

During the meeting, President Solih assured to cooperate with conducting the movement to the best of his abilities.
