Housing Development Corporation (HDC) has revealed the indoor and outdoor sports arena developed in Hulhumale' will be opened to public by the end the year.
Speaking to PSM News, Managing Director of HDC Hussain Nasif said the indoor-outdoor sports arena construction will be concluded by the end of this year and opened to public. Nasif said arrangements and facilities have been established in the arena to play several sports especially for athletes seeking training grounds.
Furthermore, Nasif revealed the indoor sports arena of two stores, consists of a 25-metre swimming pool, gym and a restaurant. Nasif added while sport courts will be developed to international standards which will enable quality indoor courts.
The government has established several sports facilities in Hulhumale' for the benefit of youth population.
