Round-the-clock pharmacy services to be provided in Fuvahmulah City

President Abdulla Yameen Abdul Gayoom has announced arrangements will be made to provide round-the-clock services from the pharmacy of State Trading Organisation (STO) in Fuvahmulah City. President Abdulla Yameen made the statement at a meeting held with the youth living Fuvahmulah.

Addressing the youth, President Yameen appealed the youth to re-elect him for a second term in office, to enable him more time to expand the administration's efforts towards youth development. At the meeting, which was attended by a large number of youth, the president heard the demands and grievances of the youth living in Fuvahmulah. The demands included the development of a modern football stadium, upgrading and expanding services provided at the youth centre, provision of round-the-clock services from shops and restaurants and the establishment of a swimming track which can be used by children and senior citizens in addition to youth.

Furthermore, the youth who participated in the meeting thanked the president for his numerous efforts towards youth empowerment. They especially noted the administration has provided the means for youth to gain employment while residing in Fuvahmulah.
