President visits Felidhoo and Fulidhoo

President Abdulla Yameen Abdul Gayoom has visited Felidhoo in Vaavu Atoll where President was warmly welcomed by the citizens of the island.
During the visit, President Yameen met with the island's community. During the meetings, the president inquired about the citizens and the vision for the development of the country. The government is currently developing a futsal court and a volley court in the island.
Felidhoo consists of a population of about 450 people and mostly generates an income from fisheries and tourism related activities.
President Yameen also visited Fulidhoo as part of his campaign efforts to secure a second term in office.
