Maldives Association of Travel Agents and Tour Operators (MATATO) has concluded its Leadership Training Seminar hosted by renowned author and speaker Dr. Michael Brenner. The seminar was organised jointly with McQuire Rens & Jones of Sri Lanka and was held at Champa Central Hotel, with more than 45 participants.
The association has planned to conduct such seminars in the future as well, Deputy Secretary General of MATATO Asra Naseem revealed speaking with PSM News.
The one-day seminar held on Becoming an Influential Leader was targeted towards executives and for those at managerial and leadership roles. Participants explored characteristics of influential leaders, and the skills and practices that they employ for effective leadership.
Speaking with PSM News, Dr. Brenner stated he is thrilled with the support and participation shown from the participants of the seminar.
As President of Right Chord Leadership Dr. Brenner helped busy leaders cultivate more effective teams, more creative cultures and more productive employees. He worked with several high profile companies, including Sap, AVC, Lockheed Martin and Boeing.
