Maldives Getaways has launchedTravel Trade Sri Lanka in efforts to promote Maldives in Sri Lanka. The main aim of the event is to promote Maldives to its neighbouring countries, stated Assistant Manager Public Relations and Events of Maldives Getaways, Fraath Mohamed while speaking with PSM News.
Fraath revealed exhibitors and tourism related entrepreneurs are expressing interest to participate in the event. Noting that many visitors arrive to Maldives from Sri Lanka, Fraath noted it is crucial to hold such an event in Sri Lanka.
Moreover, Fraath revealed the fair will be held similar to Travel Trade Maldives including one on one meeting.
TTM is the biggest travel and tourism fair held in Maldives.
