Public Service Media (PSM) has signed an agreement to participate in the housing finance scheme carried out by Housing Development Finance Corporation (HDFC).
The agreement was signed by Deputy Managing Director of PSM Mohamed Ikraam Abdul Latheef and Assistant Manager of HDFC Mohamed Shafeeq, at a special ceremony held at PSM TVM building.
Under the scheme the staff of PSM would be allowed to attain special treatment while applying for housing projects carried out by the company, Assistant Manager Mohamed Shafeeq said addressing the signing ceremony. In this regard, Mohamed Shafeeq revealed that staff of PSM would be lavished with the lowest interest rates while purchasing housing units provided from HDFC.
The scheme would ease the difficulties faced by the staff of the company while applying for housing units, Deputy Managing Director Ikraam said addressing the ceremony. In this regard, Ikraam cited that through the scheme the staff and families would benefit for a long term period.
Foundation for the PSM towers under the Hiyaa project would be laid in March, according to PSM.
