Maldives Association of Travel Agents and Tour Operators (MATATO) has organised a road show in Dubai to promote Maldives as a destination, with the participation of 13 Maldivian companies.
MATATO revealed the core objective of the road show is to advertise Maldivian tourism industry in the Middle Eastern nations and revealed that a rave response was received from the target audience by recording over 200 agents visiting the road show.
The organisation has planned to expand its horizons by carrying out road shows in 4 new destinations in Middle East which include Dubai, Kuwait, Qatar and Oman, according to MATATO. B2B events and workshops are organised throughout the road shows, as per the information provided by MATATO.
