Minister of Education Dr. Aishath Shiham has assured that the academic new year will provide students better education with the state-of-art technological facilities. In her address regarding the academic new year, Education Minister Dr. Aishath Shiham stated that the administration aims to ensure better education for Maldivian students and noted that achievements of the past four years are proof of the government's effort to enhance the education sector.
The latest technological facilities will be provided to make the schools more technology-friendly to meet the standards of the globalising world, cited the Education Minister with gratitude. Vowing that no child will be left behind, Minister Aishath Shiham said that specialised teachers are trained to teach students with special needs.
Noting the technological advancements brought to the education sector, the Minister stated that the education system will seek to connect schools in Male' city and the atolls to provide all-inclusive education to students.
