National Airline, Maldivian, has announced the addition of a new airplane to the national airline fleet.
Managing Director of Island Aviation Services Limited Abdul Haris stated that the addition of the new airplane is to stay on par with the fast developing tourism industry of Maldives. The Managing Director also revealed that Island Aviation has signed the agreements and the financial transactions are also completed to bring the new airplane to Maldives next month. Haris further revealed that two additional airplanes would also be added by next year.
Maldivian has previously announced the addition of a new sea planes to its sea plane fleet, in addition to the expansion of the airplane fleet.
