Livaboard Association of Maldives unveiled partners for the Maldives Boating Award 2017.
At a ceremony held in Champa Central Hotel, Livaboard Association of Maldives signed agreements with the partners for Maldives Boating Award 2017. Livaboard Association signed agreements with Gulf Craft Maldives as the main sponsor and The Hawks Private Limited as the co-sponsor for the Maldives Boating Award.
Addressing the ceremony, the Secretary General of Livaboard Association of Maldives, Mohamed Ignaaz revealed that the core objective of the award is to encourage and appreciate people who excels in the safari industry.
Livaboard Association had opened opportunity to nominate names for the awards and has revealed that currently the online voting is proceeding. This year the boating awards are given in 25 categories which includes; the best yacht builder, the best Livaboarder, the best boat designer and the Livaboard brand of the year. In addition to these, awards will be conferred to the best fiber boat in two sizes, Livaboard operator of the year, the best diving gear, the best captain and the best marine engineer.
Livaboard revealed plans to hold Maldives Boating Award 2017 in November.
