President Abdulla Yameen Abdul Gayoom has appointed the Minister for Presidential Affairs Ahmed Zuhoor as the Managing Director of State Electric Company Limited (STELCO). Ahmed Zuhoor has previously filled the posts of Minister of Health, Minister of Youth and Sport and Minister of Home Affairs. He also served as the Commissioner General of Customs.
President Yameen also appointed Abdulshakoor Solih as State Minister at Ministry of Environment and Energy.
