CSC & NCIT hold discussions on improving e-government portal

The Civil Service Commission, CSC on Monday held discussions with the National Centre for Information Technology - NCIT on improving the e-government network.

The Commission said the discussions were focused on ways to resolve technical issues in the e-government portal.

Permanent secretaries from relevant government offices will join the next round of discussions scheduled for next week, according to CSC.

CSC also held an information session for Health Ministry officials last night.

Speaking at the session, CSC President Ali Shameem highlighted the importance of work etiquettes and urged civil service employees to serve the public with a smile.
