Hawwa Nasra Saeed appointed to FIFA’s Social Responsibility Committee

The Executive Member of the Football Association of Maldives (FAM), Hawwa Nasra Saeed has been appointed to the International Federation of Association Football, FIFA’s Football Social Responsibility Committee.

Nasra will serve a term of four years, working to broaden FIFA’s social impact until 2029.

The Football Social Responsibility Committee works to engage in climate action and sustainable best practices, promote human rights and anti-discrimination, bringing about a positive change in society. This is in line with FIFA’s strategic objectives for 2023-2027.

Nasra was born in Mahibadhoo, Alif Dhaalu Atoll, and works as a teacher in Hiriyaa School. She has a master’s degree in education.
