Public Service Media (PSM) has signed on as the official broadcasting partner of the upcoming highly anticipated Club Maldives Futsal season.
The agreement was officially signed by Club Maldives Vice Chairman Ibrahim Ashraf and PSM’s Head of Sales Marketing and Commercial Communication Ibrahim Rameez on Tuesday.
The Kings Cup, the first tournament to kick-off the season, will start on the 30 August and the matches will be streamed live on PSM's Yes TV and PSM Air. In addition, five other tournaments planned for this year, Club Maldives Cup, 18/30 Women's Football Fiesta, 18/30 Classic, Club Maldives Classic and Sector League will also be live streamed on PSM's Yes TV and PSM Air.
Viewers of the Club Maldives Cup will have the chance to vote for the best team and player while PSM is also planning to increase viewer engagement with details to be announced later.
The Club Maldives Futsal Season will run from 30 August to 7 November and remains the oldest and the most popular futsal tournament in the country. This year marks the 20th season of Club Maldives, with more than a thousand players set to feature in this year’s season across the six tournaments.
