The Ministry of Finance has declared that bids exceeding USD324,000 will now be accepted through Beelan Portal, the national bidding portal.
As per the circular issued by the finance ministry, all state procurements surpassing USD324,000 will be conducted solely through the designated portal. Any procurements exceeding USD324,000 as part of the state budget must undergo the bid submission process exclusively through the portal, with immediate effect from the circular's release date.
Beelan portal was introduced in 2021 and facilitates secure and convenient electronic bidding processes.
