President inaugurates projects in Dhaandhoo and Kolamaafushi

President Ibrahim Mohamed Solih has inaugurated the completion of several infrastructure projects in Dhaandhoo and Kolamaafushi in Gaafu Alifu Atoll.

The projects include the water supply network in Dhaandhoo as well as the office of Fenaka Corporation Limited and the volleyball court in Kolamaafushi. The completion of the projects marks a significant step forward in the development of these islands.

The water supply network in Dhaandhoo was contracted to Triveni Engineering and Industries Limited. The newly constructed Fenaka office in Kolamaafushi features modern facilities, including a reception area, manager's room, and meeting room, and can accommodate up to 50 staff members. The government funded the development of the volleyball court in Kolamaafushi.

Under the leadership of President Solih, the administration has made significant strides toward achieving equitable development across all inhabited islands in the Maldives. The progress made includes enhancing the quality of life for citizens and empowering them to lead dignified lives.

During his visits to various islands, President Solih is officially inaugurating the completion of numerous projects and services.
