The presidential candidate of the Maldives National Party (MNP) Mohamed Nazim has pledged to offer loans to artists as a means to bolster the promotion of their endeavors. He made the remark while addressing a campaign rally in Dharavandhoo, Baa Atoll.
At the rally, Nazim underscored the importance of cultivating artistic endeavors spanning music, painting, and writing. He reaffirmed the party's unwavering dedication to nurturing these creative pursuits. Additionally, he emphasised the pressing need for a contemporary airport infrastructure to accommodate the thriving local tourism sector in Baa Atoll. Consequently, he made a commitment to elevate the Dharavandhoo airport into an international hub, in alignment with the broader developmental vision.
Nazim is visiting the islands of Baa Atoll so far as part of his campaign.
