President Ibrahim Mohamed Solih and First Lady Fazna Ahmed have opened the Total Fitness Group's (TfG) Sports Fitness and Rehabilitation Centre. They toured it and inquired about its services after opening the facility.
TfG's Sports Fitness and Rehabilitation Centre has a total capacity of 200 people. The new facility has a mini-exercise science lab and a state-of-the-art physiotherapy area that is accessible to wheelchair users and others who need access due to injuries.
The new facility has separate locker rooms for men and women, a steam room, an ice bath, showers, and lockers. For serious athletes who need to recover as rapidly as possible, there is also a rehabilitation area called healers available. A 42-seat café is also open within the facility as part of the fitness options. Jim and Carry is a café with a tonne of delicious cuisine you can take home with you and consume there.
