MNDF appoints Chief Warrant Officers for first time

Ministry of Defence has promoted five officers to the rank of Chief Warrant Officer of the Maldives National Defence Force (MNDF) for the first time.

The promotions were handed over at a special ceremony held at Bandaara Koshi headquarters. The five promoted officers were presented with their certificates of appointment by the Minister of Defence Mariya Ahmed Didi. She met and congratulated all five officers during the ceremony and gave them encouragement.

The officers were handed over the ranks by Chief of Defence Force (CDF) Major General Abdulla Shamaal. The ceremony was also attended by the Vice Chief of Defense Force Brigadier General Abdul Raheem Abdul Latheef.
