The Judicial Service Commission (JSC) has approved the request of two magistrates to be transferred to different islands.
JSC transferred Magistrate of Thinadhoo Court Ahmed Adam to the Maradhoo-Feydhoo Magistrate Court and transferred Chief Magistrate of the Raa Atoll Judicial Sector Mohamed Sadiq to Dhuvaafaru Magistrate Court.
As part of the changes, Magistrate Adam has been made the Chief Magistrate of the Maradhoo-Feydhoo Magistrate Court and Chief Magistrate Sadiq was transferred to Dhuvaafaru Magistrate Court on the agreement that it would not hinder his work at the Raa Atoll Judicial Sector.
