The Privatisation and Corporatisation Board (PCB) has announced the appointment of Adam Mohamed as the Managing Director of Maldives Post Limited.
PCB announced Adam Mohamed, who had been serving as the Managing Director of Waste Management Corporation Limited (WAMCO), has been appointed as the Managing Director of Maldives Post Limited, replacing Ahmed Shafeeq. PCB stated Adam Mohamed has now been removed from the Board of Directors of WAMCO.
PCB has also recently changed the management of State Electric Company Limited (STELCO), removing Hassan Mughunee as Managing Director and replacing him with former President of Elections Commission of the Maldives (ECM) Ahmed Shareef. Mughunee was transferred to the post of Minister of State of Environment, Climate Change and Technology.
