Manta Air's domestic connections increase arrivals to Addu

Ace Aviation Services Maldives Private Limited has revealed the Maldives is experiencing tourist arrivals from across the world since the commencement of domestic connections from Manta Air commemorating the trips to Srilankan Airlines to Gan International Airport (GIA).

Manta Air provides domestic connections to the flights operated by Sri Lankan Airlines to Gan International Airport in Addu City.

Managing Director of Ace Aviation Mohamed Firaq noted it has been two weeks since the commencement of the connection and tourists from Rome, Malpensa, Madrid, London, Frankfurt, Dubai, and Doha. He said the arrival of tourists from many destinations is a good indication for the expansion of tourism in the south of the Maldives and expressed hope to establish banking services and options for SIM card issuances in the GIA. He also noted the authorities are extending their full support and that services can be improved even further.

Sri Lankan Airlines currently lands in GIA every Saturday and Manta Air provides connections to south atolls.
