HDC introduces Bid Proposal Portal

Housing Development Corporation (HDC) has introduced a special portal for the submission of bids and proposals.

HDC said the new Bid Proposal Portal will ensure a more transparent bidding process for projects opened for tender. HDC said the portal will help to reduce the number of bids disqualified due to insufficient documents. The corporation added the portal will help to establish a more competitive bidding process.
